Fabric Clearance Time!

  While doing a stocktake recently, I realised I have way too many fabrics. I actually have over fifty choices for which colour or pattern you can have your nappy in. My fabric obsession is embarrassingly obvious.

  It’s time to downsize. I’ve taken 25% off all of the fabrics below. This means you can now get a OSFM cover, in top-quality fabric, for as little as $19.13, or a pocket for $20.63.

 

  These fabrics were chosen, however, because there’s only one or two remaining. Amounts and pricing are listed with each picture in this album. If you’d like one, let me know! I’m off to a market at the end of this month, so please don’t delay-discounted stock tends to move quickly at markets. There are no further discounts for bulk buying, however the standard deal of receiving a dollar off an Easyflat or trifold with your cover/pocket still applies. Postage is standard Australia Post cost.

  Time for my first proper stocking in, oh, about two years! I’ve been working from orders via a waiting list for so long now, but it’s time to offer some buy-right-now stuff.

  And to make it extra cool, i’m beginning to sell tie-dye today!

 

And another online newbie, my twirly whirly skirts. These are nearly a full circle skirt with a yoke for modesty and a more streamlined fit. There’s only a select few of these, ready for summer and twirling through the grass.

 

I’ve also got piles of my OSFM pockets and covers, Easyflats, trifolds, wipes, raw silk liners-everything you need in all the colours of the rainbow.

 

  Plus I have a select few custom spots, for those who would like to build their own tailored bulk packs.

 

  Everything is up for preview now, and will be available to purchase as soon as I get the details in. So best I start typing!

Moving/travelling clearance sale

  After six months of stability we’re off again! The lure of the tent (and warmer climes) is too great, so we’re off to Tasmania for a few months to tie up our loose ends, then we’re meandering up north until we find a place we can, hopefully, settle for good. I’m crossing my fingers, anyway.

  I was going to take my stock with me, and my sewing gear, and carry on trading, but have decided to travel light and unencumbered-so within a fortnight everything will be packed into storage. Until then, i’m going to do my best to reduce the amount of it-less packing is good, right?

I’m also clearing out my cute cotton/hemp fitteds I take to market-usually $17, they’re now only $12. Each has an outer of cotton print fabric, a hidden and inner layer of cotton flannelette, a hidden three layer soaker of hemp/organic cotton, plus a lay-in booster of three layers of hemp/organic cotton topped with microfleece. Total bargain! The top two rows are medium, the lower large. As you can see, the unisex are always the first to go!



And lastly, there’s my nanna’s gorgeous knits, at 10% off. I can’t take too much off these, they’re a bargain already! Prices listed are full prices.

Toys are all easy wash, acrylic wool with polyester stuffing.

Pure wool longies-the smaller two are 12-18m, the larger 18-24m $30.

Waist elastic will be hand-cased to your measurements, or to standard sizing if requested.

  There is a small catch-I have very limited time, so will only be able to do a small amount of sewing if orders should contain something that isn’t finished. After that, I will have to refuse orders that require me to make up nappies, or suggest alternatives that are already made up. I do have a lot of stock, so it shouldn’t be an issue-but please be aware that I haven’t made one of everything, and if you order closer to the closing date your choice may be sold out. So if you’re going to order, please don’t dilly-dally! All orders will be given priority by the order they’re received, so first in, best dressed.

I am rather busy packing around five children, so it may be a few days before I get back to you. Mandy Mac sale

  Regretfully, I have decided to stop selling Mandy Mac nappies. Not because I don’t like them (I think they’re great), but because most of the people I come across prefer locally made. So it looks like i’ll have to come up with another method for spending less time on my sewing machine for a while longer (actually, I just need to finish up the scheme i’m working on-stay tuned!)

  So i’ve just listed all my remaining Mandy Mac stock in an album on my Facebook page-they’re heavily reduced, and all you have to do is email me to grab a bargain..

Bargains @ Bubz Bazaar

Market time! I’ll be at the Bargains @ Bubz Bazaar baby market, held at the Maryborough Town Hall this Saturday the 2nd of October from 9am. 

I’ve been sewing up a storm so will have lots of pockets and covers, plus trifolds and the new preflats, which have not yet been ‘released’ online! I’ll also have a small amount of clearance stock, so if you’re after a bargain make sure to check them out.

The rainy day is over

The rainy week is more like it! After six days at home we made it out yesterday (mmm, fresh vegies!). So the discount was removed, but a coughing little boy needed me in bed before I could post here.

We couldn't resist a bit of a drive through all the mad floodwaters, just to see how bad it gets. While the causeways for the run-off were well up over our side-steps, they were nothing compared to the creek!

Notice all the white water? Crazy! It's only about a foot over the road now, which is about as adventurous as I like to get.

Rainy Day Sale

The rain is coming down constantly here and i’m stuck at home-the creek crossing on my road is a raging torrent. We’ve had over 300mL since last Wednesday, when this picture was taken! This is the worst one, but I have to drive through 10 causeways to get to town.

So until it subsides, i've discounted everything by 10%-this is on top of the free postage on offer during the Nappy Hunt. The downside is you'll have to wait until I can actually get to the post office to send them.

There's stock of quite a few prints in, and i've also just popped two custom spots-choose from any print I have here.

And they should arrive to me in about a week. A limited number of  preorders for are available at a 10% discount. It's a mostly girly lot!

 

  

 

 

 

After the preorder discount is removed these covers will be $24.80 each, to reflect an increase in fabric cost, rather than the previous lot of prints which sold at $24.50.

Now, i'm off to the beach camping for a couple of days-make sure I come back to an empty shop, y'hear? :P
