Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order. All returns are subject to my assessment. Where a product is faulty or not as described and has been looked after in accordance with care instructions, you will receive a full refund including postage, or replacement of your choice.

Returns due to change of mind or purchase of incorrect size will be taken within a fortnight as long as the item has not been worn, washed, or marked in any way, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover all postage costs. If you would like to try a nappy on for size please fully line it first. Change of mind returns will have the option of a refund, replacement or credit, depending upon stock.


Default postage is standard Australia Post parcel rate-please check their site if you are unsure. Express and Registered post are available by request. Please note on your order if you would like Express Post or Registered post and I will quote you accordingly.

Unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands I can take no responsibility for it-please choose Registered post during checkout if you have concerns about the postal system. Luckily i'm yet to have a parcel go missing, but if yours does please let me know and i'll do all I can from my end to chase it up for you.

Being a private person myself, your privacy is important to me. I will not share your personal or transaction details with anyone, unless required by law. Newsletters are double-opt in and comply with current anti-spam laws.

You may also choose your own fabric from the following stores subject to suitability-please see 
Suitable fabrics are minkys, fleeces or polyester/minky/lycra PULs-I do not use cotton PUL because of its short lifespan and tendency to wick.

Terms and Conditions
Generally I spend a lot of time discussing and advising customers with custom orders, and regularly spend significant money upfront on the order. Therefore some terms and conditions are necessary.

A 20% deposit may be asked for with any custom order-this is generally only required for orders that need me to buy fabric/embroidery especially for it, or when I am nearly out of a fabric that is no longer available. Your order will not be started until this deposit is paid. In the event of cancellation this deposit is non-refundable, and is used to cover my time and expenses incurred from your order. For orders of more than one item it is assumed that the 20% comes equally from each item-therefore, if there is a cancellation of part of the order, you forfeit 20% of the cancelled part.

I offer lay-by for any order over $100. You may take up to six months to complete payment. Lay-by payments cannot be paid via PayPal, unless you send the payment marked as a ‘gift’, and therefore pay the fees.
Generally I’m fairly easygoing with payments-I will tell you how to label your payments and record them as you make them. I don’t have set timeframes or minimum payment amounts although I can set you up with a payment plan if you so wish.
